








Background
The decoration of religious Cuautinchan came between 1527 and 1528 under
the direction of Friar Juan Rivas and it was not until 1558 when the
Friar Geronimo Mendieta, Huejotzingo come to take the construction of
the temple and begins to trace Cuautinchan Township. The temple started
its formal construction in 1569 and was completed probably in 1593.
Description
Within the ex-convent the most outstanding is the facade, which only
reminds us to see her ministry to the churches of the sixteenth century
in Florence. It also comes in light of the high plain wall, the bell
tower with spire of the sixteenth century. The ex is almost in ruins, a
