It is located 8 km. west of the city of
Puebla, at an altitude of 2.146 mts. above sea level, facing the
beautiful landscape of the eternally snow-covered volcanoes Popocatepetl
and Iztaccihuatl. Its foundation goes back to 500 years A.C.
"Cholula" has been translated from the Nahuatl language as "water that
falls on the place of escape." This is related to the groups arrival in
the valley after his expulsion Toltec Tula around 1,000 of our era. Were

Anahuac, Cholula turning into the "Holy City".
