Located at Km 16.5 road Valsequillo Puebla,
Africam Safari, creating an amazing amazing work performed by an
exceptional man: Captain Carlos Camacho.En its inception. the project
had only the interest from a private collection, but with the intention
that the public had the opportunity to admire a great variety of wild
animals living and moving as if they were in their natural habitat,
Africam Safari was founded in 1972
By an unfortunate accident Captain Camacho died in October 1976. However,
this did not stop his work continue. With tenacity, valor and courage,
the descendants of that great man, continued the project of love and
care for animals.
Then, with steady growth, Africam Safari now has more than 3,000 animals
of about 250 species, which allows more visitors have the opportunity to
live with animals, and thus meet the objectives of a modern zoo.
